Self Introduction

Hi, my name is Nicole Norman. I am a Criminal Justice Major here at CSU Chico. This is my last semester here at Chico and will be graduating in May. I am taking this class to fulfill my upper division theme requirement. I am actually excited to take this class and take a break from my usual Criminal Justice classes. I work and go to school full time. Right now I am an assistant manager at a video store in Oroville called All the Best Video, it is a good little job because it works well around my school schedule and has helped me pay my way through college. I am also working as a part time intern with CLIC which is Community Legal Information Center.

            Although I am a busy girl and work and school take up most of my time I make sure I have time for the fun stuff. I love being outdoors. During the summer I spend most of my time out on Lake Oroville.  I love to go four wheeling and dirt biking.  I am 21 years old and have grown up and lived in the Chico area for my whole life. I am excited to graduate and move on to something new. Right now I am applying for the California Department of Justice, and multiple probation departments. Eventually I dream of going to law school, but will have to wait until I can save up the money to afford to do so. That is pretty much all I can think of to say about myself. This whole blogging thing is actually new to me so I look forward to enjoying the benefits of it throughout the semester.
